Challenging Maths Question help!?

A contractor is making a courtyard. It must be a quadrilateral with all four sides of DIFFERENT lenghts. The contractor is required to submit two different design each of which has a paved area of exactly 10000 square metres. The two designs must have different dimensions and corner angles.

Find two suitable designs and gve clear supporting calculations to confirm the area of each design

    1) Trapezoid:
    height 80
    bases 230 and 20
    non-parallel sides 100 and 170
    Area = (1/2)80(230 + 20) = 10000

    2) Trapezoid:
    height 40
    bases 460 and 40
    non-parallel sides 40?10 and 20?229
    Area = (1/2)40(460 + 40) = 10000
