Florida Plants for Mid Summer through Fall?

I was wondering what plants (for a vegetable garden) should be planted in Florida from Late July up until winter? Thanks.

    Start adding more warm-weather crops in the 2nd half of the month.

    Shall I go on?

    Onion must be SHORT -DAY varieties!
